In this lecture, we explore the concepts of perfect rationality and argue why these are unreasonable using 5 examples from literature. To more realistically capture human traits, the concept of bounded rationality is discussed along with a specific method (Inductive Thinking) to implement bounded rationality in multi agent systems.
