The discussion focuses on ownership. Who owns the city? Who owns the data? Who makes the decisions? And where does the danger start? The discussion covers the surveillance in China as well as data protection in the European context.
Wem gehört die Stadt? Wem gehören die Daten? Wer trifft die Entscheidungen? Und wo beginnt die Gefahr?
In der Diskussion wird sowohl auf die Überwachung in China, als auch auf Datenschutz im europäischen Kontext eingegangen.
Die Diskussion fand im Rahmen der 22. Karlsruher Gespräche "Die (künstlich-)intelligente Stadt" am 3. März 2018 statt.
